We've made Chi Khi returns simple and easy! We want our customers to love every item they purchase from Chi Khi. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, follow the instructions below. Chi Khi is committed to providing superior customer service when ordering online.

If a customer purchases an item at full price, Chi Khi will be happy to refund/exchange items on the terms listed below. Please note - regrettably Chi Khi does not offer a refund/exchange on any SALE items or purchases made using a discount voucher/code and does not refund postage/shipping charges. This applies to both Australian and International orders.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can exchange or receive a credit (valid for 6 months). This is required to happen within 10 working days of receiving your order by emailing us at enquiries@chikhi.co. We will send you the Returns Form along with instructions.

The following terms and conditions must apply to qualify for an exchange or credit:

Please note, the cost of return delivery is not covered by Chi Khi and remains the responsibility of the buyer. 

*We recommend that you use tracked or registered mail carrier service for the return of your goods as it is your responsibility to deliver the goods to Chi Khi.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

We thoroughly check all items for faults or damages prior to dispatch. However, should your items be damaged or opened on receipt, please advise us immediately by emailing enquiries@chikhi.co.
